Amber Axton-Carmichael graduated from Mat-Su college with an Associate of Arts in 2001 and is currently a junior (going on senior) at UAA, pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a drawing primary and weaving secondary. "I have a love of the human figure because of its complexities and possibilities in what it can portray."
